Yes, you should be able to buy a generic USB microphone and equipment should work as long as the RB hardware. I would also maybe get more than one microphone, such as tuberculosis: support 3W RB singer / harmonies. A micro Logitec takes about $ 25 and should be available in stores or online w props (is a unique and universal if it is for so Wii/PS3/XBox I do not know where to bring to the store / website)
